Setelah pada tanggal 26 Juni 2013 kemarin dirilis secara resmi oleh Microsoft, peminatWindows 8.1 Preview sungguh sangat banyak sampai dengan hari ini. Begitu banyak perubahan yang mencolok pada Windows 8.1 Preview ini. Windows 8.1 Previewyang telah dirilis ini adalah Build 9431 dan sudah tersedia dalam bentuk file ISO x86 dan x64.
